At Sol Worlds, we want you to love your order. This policy outlines how returns, refunds, shipping, and cancellations work.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Items must be in resellable condition
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Change of Mind
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note:
- Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return or claim has been approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be changed or cancelled.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days
- Delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days depending on your location
- Tracking information may take 2 to 5 days to update after shipment
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 60 days, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We may not be able to make changes once an order has been processed.
